Jewish Link Mexico and Israel - The cybersecurity expert Alexis Reimers spoke with us to clarify terms such as “hacker” or “pranker” and to offer us important security tips so as not to be victims of attacks and cyber frauds. In the impressive curriculum of Alexis Reimer are solid academic credentials, obtained in universities such as ITAM, UNAM and the University of Tel Aviv, and include fields such as nuclear facilities security or military intelligence. He has been a government consultant on cybersecurity issues and has dedicated his professional life to understanding, mastering and innovating in the field of security. This word, security, is for Reimers a vocation. In an exclusive interview, the expert realizes how this passion arose since his school years at Tarbut College and, later, was reflected in the work he did in a kibbutz, like lifeguards in a huge pool. His father, Ashkenazi from Costa Rica, decided to stay in Mexico and dedicated himself to building infrastructure.
